Dry Red Wine

Beautiful very dark color. Nose of ripe berry, praline and generous spicy texture. Mouth with a lot of ripe berry aromas and dense tannins. Long smooth finish of soft well integrated tannins with a hint of wood. Limited filtering to bring forward traditional structure. Good balance.

White Riesling

Beautiful Golden Color. Tropical aromas with hints

of peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and green apple flavors.

Passion Sweetness. Serve Chilled. Alc. 11%

Serve with white meat, fowl, light pasta, seafood, fruit and, of course, your favorite German dishes.

Honeysuckle and ripe bananas comes first on the nose, followed by white flowers and hints of fig. The mouth is mellow and lingers with layers of citrus, spices and quince flavors.

Pairs with white meats such as poultry, fish and seafood. Serve chilled.

Dry Medium Body Red Wine

Alcohol 13.8%

Dark red bright color. Fruit forward in the nose with mocha driven aromas. Round mouth with ripe fruits and roasted nuts. Limited filtering to bring forward traditional structure. Lively finish with well integrated tannins. This gentle wine pairs nicely with beef, lamb, poultry and a wide range of cheeses.

Semi-Sweet Lt. Medium Body

Fresh local apple cider comes together with local honey to create this semi-sweet wine reminiscent of Grandma’s apple cider. A wonderful nose of crisp apples rounded off with a balance of honey. Pairs nicely with poultry, sweet and sour dishes, and ham.

100% Fresh local apples creates this light bodied wine and is lightly sweetened with apples. This is an easy drinking apple/hard cider that is sure to please.  Serve slightly chilled.
